A Design and Illustration Studio

Hello!

I’m Alina and it’s nice to meet you. As the owner and creative director of Ruppel Design Company, I have an insatiable desire to create and love to visually problem-solve through design. I am currently based in Madison, Wisconsin, with over fourteen years of experience working in the industry. I graduated from Michigan State University (GO GREEN!) with a degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design. When I'm not working on the computer or sketching out ideas, you can find me chasing my rambunctious kids around, most likely outside somewhere.

Ready to start your project? Get in touch with me, I’d love to help you bring your vision to life!

What Clients are Saying

What I value most is Alina’s determination to understand the purpose of a print or digital piece so that she can create a design that is not only attractive but, more importantly, effectively communicates a message.

“Alina is a wonderful, intuitive designer. When we met to discuss my business, she quickly understood my vision—and went on to create the perfect logo to convey it. I was delighted with the end results. I highly recommend her work.”
—Lynn Gutknecht, Lynn Gutknecht Counseling

“Alina Ruppel delivers professionally, on-time, and with an expert sense of design and functionality. I enjoyed working with Alina on all stages of my project.”
—Amy Stambach, Professor, UW-Madison

“Alina is not only a highly talented designer, but she’s also one of my favorite people to collaborate with. Her creative sense can turn any project into a thing of beauty. One of the best projects we created together was the 2015–16 annual report for the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association. Alina took what might have been a dry recitation of events and statistics and turned it into a jewel of a book. It was largely her work that earned the report a gold medal from our trade association, the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education. What I value most is Alina’s determination to understand the purpose of a print or digital piece so that she can create a design that is not only attractive but, more importantly, effectively communicates a message.
—John Allen, Managing Director, Alumni Communications, Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association
